Umeboshi Sesame Dressing

• 1/3 cup umeboshi vinegar
• 2 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon shiso powder

Mix ingredients. Delicious when used to dress grated cabbage, noodles, cooked beans, etc.
